All lanes on St. Claude Avenue in Arabi are now open.
The St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office is on the scene of an accident involving an 18-wheeler and a Norfolk Southern Railroad train at the corner of St. Claude Avenue and Center Street in Arabi. The highway is closed in both directions and traffic is being diverted to Judge Perez Drive.
