UPCOMING ROAD CLOSURES
According to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), here’s a list of upcoming road closures impacting St. Bernard Parish residents:
ST. CLAUDE AVENUE BRIDGE
Beginning Monday, Jan 29 through Friday, Feb 2 (weather permitting) there will be recurring, alternating single-lane closures of both the eastbound and westbound lanes near the St. Claude Avenue Bridge for asphalt milling and paving operations as follows:
Eastbound: between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. daily
Westbound: between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily
WEST JUDGE PEREZ DRIVE
Beginning Monday, Jan 29 through Friday, Feb 2 (weather permitting) there will be recurring, alternating single-lane closures of both the eastbound and westbound lanes of West Judge Perez Drive in Arabi between Norton and Angela Avenue for for pavement markings and related work as follows:
Eastbound: between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily
Westbound: between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily
FLORISSANT HIGHWAY
Beginning Monday, Jan 29 through Friday, Feb 2 (weather permitting) there will be recurring, alternating single-lane closures of both the eastbound and westbound lanes of Florissant Highway for asphalt concrete paving operations between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily.
