🚔🚨⚠️🚧 TRAFFIC ALERT: JUDGE SEEBER BRIDGE CLOSED
According to Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), the Claiborne Avenue Judge Seeber Bridge (LA39) has been closed in both directions after a vehicle struck a safety barrier earlier this morning, Saturday, Nov. 7.
Crews must remove and assess the damaged barrier and restore it to service before the bridge can safely reopen.
⚠️There is no confirmed reopening time.
🚗Motorists traveling to and from St. Bernard Parish should use alternate routes via St. Claude Avenue (LA 46), Florida Avenue or Paris Road. Please allow extra travel time and drive safely.
