TRAFFIC ADVISORY: FLORIDA AVENUE BRIDGE
According to the Port of New Orleans, the Florida Avenue Bridge is expected to close to vehicular traffic sometime after 2 p.m. today (July 21) as the Flood Protection Authority closes the floodgates in preparation for Tropical Storm Bertha.
The bridge will remain closed until conditions improve and the floodgates are reopened.
