TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Claiborne Bridge closure
According to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), the Claiborne Avenue Judge Seeber Bridge will be fully closed to vehicular traffic in both directions for scheduled bridge work (weather permitting):
➡️ Saturday, May 17 from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
➡️ Sunday, May 18 from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The bridge will remain open to marine traffic.
Motorists are advised to plan ahead, expect delays, and use alternate routes:
• St. Claude Avenue Bridge (LA 46)
• Florida Avenue Bridge
