Today, our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of a man who dedicated so many years of his life to protecting the people of Jean Lafitte and Jefferson Parish, JPSO. His commitment to serving others, his courage, and his unwavering sense of duty helped keep our community safe, and his impact will never be forgotten.
To his family, please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time. We pray that God grants you peace, strength, and comfort in the days ahead, and that you find solace in the countless lives he touched throughout his years of service.
This loss is deeply felt throughout the Jean Lafitte Police Department. We have lost not only our Chief, but also a brother, a friend, and a member of our family. His dedication, kindness, and presence will be missed more than words can express.
