Benefits include:
• Competitive salary starting at $45,200 annually
• State Supplemental Pay $500 monthly, $6,000 annually

• Sheriff’s Office contributes 10.25% to employee’s pension
• Earn 2 weeks paid vacation on first anniversary (maximum of 4 weeks after 10 years of service)
• Earn 12 sick days per year (8 hours a month)
• Free life insurance, 1 1/2 times your annual salary plus $10,000
• $3000 salary increase every 5 years.
• Education, $150 per month with bachelor’s degree, additional $150 per month for master’s degree

• Retire at 30 years at 100% salary
