SBSO SEEKING TO IDENTIFY AND LOCATE FEMALE
The St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying an adult female who may have information regarding an incident involving an adult male who was found deceased in Chalmette this morning, St. Bernard Sheriff James Pohlmann said.
On Saturday, Sept. 16, shortly before 8 a.m., Sheriff Pohlmann said, deputies responded to a call for service in reference to an adult male being found deceased in the backyard of a residence in the 3000 block of Lloyds Avenue in Chalmette.
During the course of the investigation, detectives with the Criminal Investigations Bureau learned the female may have information related to the case and would like to speak with her.
Anyone knowing the identity or whereabouts of the female depicted in the photo is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at (504) 271-2501 or the Criminal Investigations Bureau’s tip hotline, (504) 271-TIPS or 8477. Callers can leave a detailed message, and either choose to provide their contact information or remain anonymous. They also can call Crimestoppers GNO at (504) 822-1111, and may be eligible for a cash reward.
