St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office Lt. Jennifer Gutierrez, a 20-year law enforcement veteran who works as a detective with the Criminal Investigations Bureau, was awarded the 2018-19 Kiwanis LAMISSTENN District’s International Lawperson of the Year Award.
