SBSO TRAVELS TO LAFOURCHE PARISH TO HELP WITH HURRICANE IDA RELIEF
St. Bernard Sheriff James Pohlmann and members of the Sheriff’s Office traveled today (Sept. 29) with St. Bernard Parish Government officials and employees to Galliano in Lafourche Parish to join the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office with relief efforts in the wake of Hurricane Ida.
Deputies served as escorts for parish officials and will help with traffic control while there. They also will join parish officials with serving food and handing out supplies to the citizens of Lafourche Parish.
