SBSO SEEKING TO LOCATE SUSPECT
The St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office has identified the suspect involved in a criminal damage to property incident at a business in the 8100 block of West Judge Perez Drive in Chalmette, Sheriff James Pohlmann said.
The incident occurred on Monday, Oct. 28. The suspect, Sarah Viator, engaged in a verbal altercation with a manager of the business and, without provocation, began to destroy property from the shelves.
Detectives are now working to locate Viator. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at (504) 271-2501 or the Criminal Investigations Bureau’s tip hotline, (504) 271-TIPS or 8477.
