SBSO PARTICIPATES IN LITERACY WEEK
The St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office had several deputies participate in Arabi Elementary School’s Literacy Week festivities held this week from Monday, March 17 through Friday, March 21.
Sheriff James Pohlmann said deputies participate in Literacy Week to inspire a love of reading in children and highlight the importance of education. Their involvement also helps build positive relationships between law enforcement and the community from a young age.
