SBSO PARTICIPATES IN COOK-OFF FOR THE COAST
The St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office was proud to participate in the 2026 Cook-Off for the Coast held Saturday, Feb. 28 at Docville Farm in Violet.
Several cook teams, including SBSO’s group, served up incredible dishes that reflect the culture and heritage of our coastal community.
Sheriff Pohlmann and SBSO’s team helped celebrate the culture, heritage, and coastal traditions that make Southeast Louisiana and St. Bernard Parish so special.
Proceeds from the event benefit important coastal initiatives led by the Meraux Foundation, Restore the Mississippi River Delta Coalition, and Vanishing Paradise, supporting Nunez Community College’s Coastal Studies and GIS Technology programs.
