SBSO ISSUES ARREST WARRANT FOR ALABAMA WOMAN WANTED FOR ARMED ROBBERY

The St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office has issued an arrest warrant for an Alabama woman wanted in connection with an incident that occurred at a residence in eastern St. Bernard Parish on April 9, Sheriff James Pohlmann said.

Kiana Wilson, 26, of the 40 block of Adam Drive in Birmingham, Alabama, is wanted for armed robbery.

During the course of the investigation, detectives with the Criminal Investigations Bureau learned Wilson, along with an unknown black male, committed a battery on a victim at a home in Kenilworth, stole items from them and threatened them at gunpoint.

Wilson is 5’5” tall and weighs about 150 pounds.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Wilson, the identity of the black male who was with her, or any other information relating to this incident is asked to call the St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office at (504) 271-2501, the Criminal Investigations Bureau’s tip hotline at (504) 271-TIPS or 8477, or Crimestoppers GNO at (504) 822-1111.
