This Saturday, April 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., swing by Walgreens at 100 W. Judge Perez Drive in Chalmette for National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day.
Our SBSO Narcotics Unit will be there collecting expired or unused prescription and over-the-counter meds.
Sheriff Pohlmann said let’s keep our homes safe and our community even safer by properly disposing of medications no longer needed.
Can’t make it? We’ve got a secure drop box at our Paris Road substation, open year-round, located at 4700 Paris Road in Chalmette.
