SBSO DEPUTY GRADUATES FROM P.O.S.T. POLICE ACADEMY
St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Office Dep. Noah Hutchinson graduated Nov. 14 from the Peace Officers Standards and Training, or P.O.S.T. School, at the St. Charles Parish Regional P.O.S.T. Academy, Sheriff James Pohlmann said.
This academy included 17 weeks of training in all aspects of law enforcement, including firearms use, criminal investigation, patrol procedures, building clearance, writing reports, driving training and physical fitness.
Dep. Hutchinson, a member of the Corrections Division, works in the St. Bernard Juvenile Detention Center.
