SBSO ATTENDS SCHOOL SYSTEM’S DAY OF REFLECTION BREAKFAST
St. Bernard Sheriff James Pohlmann and several members of the Sheriff’s Office were among the attendees at the St. Bernard Parish Public Schools Day of Reflection Breakfast held Nov. 14 on Chalmette High’s Ninth Grade Academy campus.
The annual event has been held for the past 19 years to commemorate the school system’s legacy of learning, especially since Hurricane Katrina. In addition to food and fellowship, the breakfast also pays homage to many of the school district’s community partners, including the Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Pohlmann was joined by Chief Deputy Richard Baumy, Deputy Chief John Doran, Col. Chad Clark, Maj. Daniel Bostic, Maj. Justin Meyers, Capt. Richard Barr, Lt. Robert Broadhead, Lt. Christopher Scheeler and Dep. Chaplain Aaron Johnson.
