SBSO ASSISTING WITH MARDI GRAS PARADE SECURITY
St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office deputies are working alongside the New Orleans Police Department, Louisiana State Police and numerous other law enforcement and government agencies in downtown New Orleans to ensure a safe and secure Carnival experience for all, and will continue to do so throughout Mardi Gras.
Sheriff James Pohlmann and his deputies are happy to support this massive effort and stand ready to assist wherever needed. The Sheriff said supports strong partnerships between local, state and federal agencies in an effort to make Carnival safer for everyone.
