SBSO ARRESTS MAN ON VARIOUS NARCOTICS CHARGES
The St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office arrested a man on various narcotics charges following an investigation conducted by the Special Investigations Division Narcotics Unit, Sheriff James Pohlmann said.
Anthony Segari, 35, of the 600 block of Lebeau Avenue in Arabi, was booked with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, proceeds from drug transactions, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Based on prior arrests and information they received indicating Segari was involved in illegal drug activity in St. Bernard Parish, Narcotics Unit agents initiated an investigation.
During the course of the investigation, agents also recovered a digital scale, sandwich bags, and $1,875 in cash.
Segari was transported to the St. Bernard Parish Correctional Facility to be booked on the above charges. His bond has been set at $68,000.
