The St. Bernard Sheriff’s Office is still experiencing some issues with its 911 and non-emergency telephone lines.
While we are receiving some calls on our 911 system, our service provider cannot confirm if all calls made to 911 are getting through.
We can tell you that no calls are getting through on our non-emergency number, (504) 271-2501.
Again, if anyone calls 911 or the non-emergency number and cannot get through they can call any of the following numbers for assistance:

(504) 442-5739
(504) 784-3087
All three of these numbers go directly to our 911 Communications Center.
Our service provider is working to resolve this issue and we will provide updates as soon as they become available.
