FLORIDA AVENUE BRIDGE CLOSED
According to the Port of New Orleans, the Florida Avenue Bridge is currently closed to vehicular traffic due to a problem with the bridge control system.
Maintenance personnel are working to resolve the issue and the bridge will be operated with emergency motors for marine traffic and rail traffic until the control system is repaired.
