Benefits include:

⭐️State Supplemental Pay $500 monthly, $6,000 annually
⭐️Free health insurance for employees (roughly $400 per month value)
⭐️Lifetime health insurance after 15 consecutive years
⭐️Sheriff’s Office contributes 10.25% to employee’s pension
⭐️Earn 2 weeks paid vacation on first anniversary (maximum of 4 weeks after 10 years of service)
⭐️Earn 12 sick days per year (8 hours a month)
⭐️Free life insurance, 1 1/2 times your annual salary plus $10,000
⭐️$3000 salary increase every 5 years.
⭐️Education, $150 per month with bachelor’s degree, additional $150 per month for master’s degree

⭐️Retire at 30 years at 100% salary
