As we get closer to the big game, Troopers would like to remind the residents and visitors of the guidelines within the French Quarter Enhanced Security Zone.
Within the stretch of Bourbon Street from Canal Street to St. Ann street, ice chests and backpack coolers are not allowed, and bags larger than 4.5” x 6.5” are subject to search for security purposes.
The Louisiana National Guard will be present, offering significant support in maintaining safety and security throughout the French Quarter. These measures are coordinated by the Louisiana Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Please plan accordingly and cooperate with security personnel to help make the event a success for everyone.
